At Tusker, we specialize in the design, manufacture, and commissioning of Material Recycling Facilities across the UK and Ireland. From foundations to fully operational plants, we handle every aspect of the process. With 24/7 mobile service teams and complete on-site support, we're with you every step of the way. Operating from a 6.5-acre site with 40,000 sq. ft. of fabrication space, we boast a production capacity of 70 tonnes per week, utilizing cutting-edge design software like Tekla, Advance Steel, and Solidworks to ensure innovation and efficiency in every project.

Bespoke Design

Each trommel is meticulously crafted in our state-of-the-art workshop, using advanced techniques and precision engineering to meet stringent industry standards. Our skilled technicians assemble and weld the components with great care, ensuring durability and efficiency in operation. Once completed, the trommels are carefully loaded onto our specialized haulage vehicles, where they are securely transported to the client's facility. Upon arrival, our team manages the seamless import and installation, ensuring the trommels are ready for immediate use in waste recycling processes.
