"This has been a fantastic two years in which I’ve learned new skills and developed myself professionally. I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I’ve learned so much. I didn’t even do accounting for the Leaving Cert and now I’m very close to having an accounting qualification. You learn theory in college, but you really see what that means in work. ? If you have any doubts, just go for it. You’ll not regret it. Just be aware of the commitment you are taking on. It’s a course that will challenge you and you will need to devote time to it.
      

As Crane Office Admin, I stay organized, juggle tasks, and keep communication clear between the team and clients. I make sure all the paperwork, scheduling, and logistics are taken care of quickly and accurately. I help everything run smoothly. I also focus on building good relationships with both the team and clients to make sure we meet their needs and provide great service.  What I enjoy most about my job is having the chance to make a real difference by solving problems and helping others reach their goals. Whether it’s finding creative solutions, working with a great team, or seeing the positive outcomes of our work, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

I’ve been with Tusker for 1 year, and it’s been an exciting journey so far. I joined Tusker because I love working on projects that make a real difference. The chance to help streamline processes and improve how things are done really appealed to me.  At Tusker, I’ve been working on projects that streamline processes, reduce duplication, and provide easy access to information with just a click. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact of these changes and know I’m helping the company move forward.   

I Joined Tusker because I was Ready for a change of scene (& industry).  With the wide range of activities that Tusker provide, it was a fantastic opportunity to expand my knowledge, get familiar with other systems of work & meet new people.
