Experienced and Trainee full time positions available
NOTE for Trainees: Full training will be provided for suitable Trainee Concrete Pump Operator candidates. Valid Safe Pass desirable.

Position Overview:
The Concrete Pump Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pump equipment to transport and pour concrete at construction sites. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
· Previous experience operating a concrete pump or knowledge of heavy diesel trucks/machinery desirable
· Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Training desirable
· Full, Clean Driver Licence (must have Category C with experience)
· Excellent timekeeping
· Candidates must be flexible regarding their work hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete pumps and other related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Set up concrete pump and ensure it is stable and secure before operation.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the pump equipment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, truck drivers, and other personnel to ensure timely and accurate concrete placement.
• Monitor the movement of the concrete to ensure it is flowing properly through the pump and pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the pumping process.
• Clean and maintain the pump and equipment after each use to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of pumping operations, including volumes, times, and any issues encountered.
• Assist with other duties on the job site as needed.
