Loading and offloading is provided by our crane hire service.

Our experienced personnel specialise in difficult and challenging projects involving structural modification and building stabilisation.

Underpinning, needling, temporary propping, basement reduction, concrete core drilling and wall cutting are performed by our directly employed skilled workforce.

Crane Hire

We have an extensive fleet of mobile telescopic cranes, permanent and self-erect tower cranes operating throughout the northeast.

We are equipped to undertake Contract lifts and can provide the following as required:

• An Appointed person to carry out a site survey and lifting plan and to recommend all lifting equipment and tackle to be used
• Trained and experienced Crane Drivers
• Competent Banksmen and Riggers
• All health and Safety documentation including Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Any other plant required including low loader hire or MEWP access hoists

Concrete Formation and Modification

Service provides:

Concrete Pumping (36mtr reach and additional 100mtrs deadline is available)
Concrete Core Drilling (cores <750mm)
Concrete wall saw cutting (depth of 1mtr)

Contract cutting can include removal and disposal.

Earth Moving Equipment

Our equipment consists of regular excavators from 1.5 - 40t, Dozers (up to 40t) and self-propelled Dumpers (<30t).
We specialise in basement formations in the inner city.
